The lawn of the “Franchi” gave Italy and its audience some historic days – the success of 2016 over South Africa, that of 2018 over Georgia – and witnessed a feat that was barely touched in 2012, precisely against Australia , victorious for 19-22 thanks to a failed placing by Italy at the end, for a close draw.
